Banana muffins
- 1 ½ ripe banana
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- 1 ½ tbsp maple syrup
- 6 tbsp flour
- 1 ½ scoop vegan protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
How to cook?In a bowl combine the mashed bananas, plant-based milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well. In another bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-22 on 180ºC minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
